all implant COMPATIBILITY
2INGIS® is engineered for universal compatibility, seamlessly integrating with ALL IMPLANT PLATFORMS.  By utilizing your practice’s existing standard drills, it eliminates the need for specialized kits.

Our innovative “no sleeve” design removes friction between the bur and the guide, entirely eliminating the risk of material contamination.

Additionally, 2INGIS® guides are cold-autoclavable (chlorhexidine only), providing full surgical visibility and the freedom to irrigate at your discretion throughout the procedure.

Surgical Guide Comparison (Side by Side)

A comparison between the 2INGIS Surgical Guide Solution and a Traditional "Sleeve" surgical guide - Highlight of key differences:

2INGIS OPEN FRAME GUIDE

Design & Visibility – A minimal open-frame architecture leaves the surgical site fully uncovered, providing an unobstructed, direct line of sight to the bone and soft tissue throughout drilling.

Surgical Irrigation – The open geometry allows direct, continuous saline flow to the drill tip, maximizing cooling and preventing thermal bone damage.

Guide Mechanism – A patented lateral offset system controls drill angulation, depth, and trajectory away from the surgical site—eliminating friction, preventing particulate contamination, and minimizing vertical clearance needs.

Patient Comfort – Saving 25mm or more of vertical clearance, the low-profile design accommodates standard-length drills, making it ideal for posterior teeth and patients with limited mouth openings.

TRADITIONAL “SLEEVE” GUIDE

Design & Visibility – A bulky, solid plastic body completely covers the dental arch, teeth, and gingival tissue, obstructing direct visual access to the surgical site.

Surgical Irrigation – The enclosed shell restricts saline flow to the drill tip, increasing frictional heat and the risk of osteonecrosis and compromised implant integration.

Guide Mechanism – Drills pass directly through tight, embedded metal sleeves, where friction can shed metal or plastic micro-shavings into the osteotomy site.

Patient Comfort – The added thickness of the guide and sleeves necessitates longer drills, requiring wide jaw opening that is difficult or impossible for posterior teeth and patients with trismus.
