all implant COMPATIBILITY

2INGIS® is engineered for universal compatibility, seamlessly integrating with ALL IMPLANT PLATFORMS.  By utilizing your practice’s existing standard drills, it eliminates the need for specialized kits.

Our innovative “no sleeve” design removes friction between the bur and the guide, entirely eliminating the risk of material contamination.

Additionally, 2INGIS® guides are cold-autoclavable (chlorhexidine only), providing full surgical visibility and the freedom to irrigate at your discretion throughout the procedure.

Surgical Guide Comparison (Side by Side)
A comparison between the 2INGIS Surgical Guide Solution and a Traditional "Sleeve" surgical guide - Highlight of key differences:

2INGIS OPEN FRAME GUIDE

Design & Visibility – Utilizes a highly specialized, minimal open-frame architecture, It keeps the exact surgical site entirely uncovered, providing the clinician with a direct, unobstructed line of sight to the bone and soft tissues throughout the drilling sequence

Surgical Irrigation – The open-frame geometry allows for direct and continuous irrigation of the osteotomy site. Saline solution can freely reach the drill tip, ensuring optimal cooling and protecting the bone optimal cooling and protecting the bone

Guide Mechanism – Features a unique, patented offset guiding system. The guidance mechanisms manage the drill’s angulation, depth, and trajectory from a lateral or offset position. This eliminates direct friction against the surgical site, preventing material contamination and reducing the vertical space needed to insert the drill

Patient Comfort – Because of its low-profile, offset design, it saves significant vertical space (often saving 25mm or more of clearance). This allows the surgeon to use standard-length drills, making it highly effective for posterior teeth and patients with small mouth openings

TRADITIONAL “SLEEVE” GUIDE

Design & Visibility – Typically features a bulky, solid plastic body that completely covers the dental arch, teeth, and gingival tissue

Surgical Irrigation – Because the solid plastic shell encloses the surgical site, getting cooling saline solution directly to the bone drill bit can be difficult. This increases the risk of friction-induced heat generation, which can damage the bone cells (osteonecrosis) and compromise implant integration

Guide Mechanism – Relies on direct contact where the surgical drill passes directly through tight metal cylinders (sleeves) embedded in the plastic guide. This can sometimes cause plastic or metal micro-shavings to shed into the surgical site due to friction

Patient Comfort – Due to the thickness of the sleeves and the guide itself, clinicians must use long surgical drills. This requires the patient to open their mouth very wide, which can be highly uncomfortable or impossible for individuals with limited jaw opening (trismus) or when replacing back molars

2INGIS Features

Every feature of the 2INGIS® guide exists to solve a real surgical limitation — no workarounds required.

UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW WITH OPEN FRAME

UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW

2INGIS open-structure surgical guides eliminate visual barriers to provide an unobstructed view of the implant area. This complete visibility gives clinicians superior control, precision, and safer, predictable results in every surgery.

NO CONTAMINATION RISK with NO SLEEVE

NO CONTAMINATION RISK

The non-contact design ensures instruments never touch the guide. This eliminates material contamination, maintaining a perfectly sterile and uncompromised surgical site.

ANESTHESIA WITHOUT GUIDE REMOVAL

ANESTHESIA WITHOUT REMOVAL

This unique guide allows direct anesthesia without removal. Its specialized design accommodates natural tissue swelling, ensuring it remains perfectly seated throughout the entire procedure.

IRRIGATION WITH OPEN FRAME

FREEDOM OF IRRIGATION

2INGIS enables the first guided surgery protocol with direct irrigation. This keeps the implant site consistently clean and cool, significantly enhancing surgical safety and efficacy.
